I actually never thought I'd want a desktop, but I'm getting to the point where I want more power and storage than a laptop (I can afford and small enough that I want to travel with it) provides. I'm also thinking I might spend less time putzing around aimlessly online if I were forced to do it at a desk! Oooo…I think I might need one of those if my beloved PowerBook ever dies. The smallest Vaio ultra-portable might be totally swoon-worthy but it's actually so small I can't type on it! My hands are too big. I'm a little surprised at the battery life though - for such a tiny screen I thought they'd have a shot at hitting the 4 hour mark.
