		<description>Yes, there does seem to be a distint lack of consistency there.  I wonder if they&#039;ve done any user testing or gotten much feedback?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think that if they&#039;re going to have podcasts on writing books etc rather than simply legal topics, they should be kept in separate sections.</description>
